Dispatch Time

Orders typically take 5-7 days for processing and dispatch. Please allow up to 1 month for bespoke items.

Worldwide Shipping

We do offer worldwide shipping; however, shipping fees are not included. Please note that for orders outside the UK, import taxes may apply upon delivery.

Payment Methods

All prices are listed in British pound sterling. While alternative currencies are available on the site, exchange rates are subject to your card company's policies. Payment methods are displayed at the checkout stage.

Return & Exchange

Order Cancellation and Returns

All sales are final. Once your order is placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled or returned.

Criteria for Damaged or Faulty Items

Damage such as broken pieces, handles, or cracks that impact functionality is eligible for replacement. Please note as each item is handmade, minor imperfections contribute to the unique craftsmanship and are not considered faults.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please photograph it and report the issue within 7 days of receipt. Depending on availability, we will replace it with the same or similar item.

 

Change of Delivery Information

Once your order has been paid for, changes to delivery information cannot be accommodated. Please ensure accuracy at the time of purchase.
